Curiously timeless

Victorian era 15K gold ruby pearl diamond flower ring

€0

The bright purplish red and creamy colors from this antique flower ring give a gentle look to the blossom season! The ring features two flowers: one made of 6 white seed pearls with a ruby in the center, and the other made of 6 ruby petals and one rose cut diamond. The warm tone of the pearls contrasts beautifully with the vivid red color of the rubies and we love how the two flowers complement each other as well as its delicate floral shoulder!

A little history behind the 15k gold: 15K Gold is a type of gold used in the England antique jewelry with 62.5% of gold and 37.5% alloys. It is used mainly during the in the Victorian era and in the Edwardian Era until the early Art Deco era. Today, it is replaced by 14k gold, making the antique 15k gold jewelry even more collectible.

The first two letters on the hallmark of the ring “15, 625” indicate that the ring is made in 15k gold; and the “Anchor” symbol with the letter “ Z” tell us that the ring was assayed in Birmingham in 1899.

The ring is resizable at buyer’s cost, please contact us for this before ordering.
