I offer 7 days guarantee return policy.

Your purchase will be refunded when it is returned within 7 days from its reception based on the tracking info provided by the post office. And the return will be accepted only if the item is returned in its original condition.

Clients are responsible for all custom duties and returns will not be accepted on the basis of duties levied.

The return shipping cost as well as the eventual duties/taxes caused by the return are at buyer’s responsibility. Any additional cost generated by the return will be reduced from the refund.

 The item will not be accepted when:

• No communication/notification has been given before the return.
• The item is not in its original condition (worn, damaged, converted, modified, scratched or being worn with visible further traces of wear).
• Personalized jewelry can not be returned (Resized rings and converted jewelry)
• Clients are responsible for all custom duties and returns will not be accepted on the basis of duties levied.
