Q: What are the shipping costs?

We offer tracked and fully insured shipping for free worldwide.

- For orders < 1000€, the shipping is assured by the priority shipping offered by Colissimo, the French Postal Office. 

- For orders > 1000€, the shipping is assured by UPS.

Sometimes, based on where you locate, we will also purpose you the most appropriate shipping carrier based on our experience.

For our clients in France, we can also arrange a in person pick-up in Paris. Please kindly contact us for the pick up service before passing your order.

At your check out, you have the option to upgrade your shipping to UPS with extra cost (+10€ for France and EU countries and +25€ for the rest of the world);

Q: How long it takes to ship my order?

The processing time is approximately 48 hours following the validation of your order. This means that your order will usually be dispatched within this time frame. Once your items have been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email.

Q: How long does it take for my package to be delivered?

The deadline for the our standard International shipping varies depending on your geographical zone:

Once processed, the average time to receive your items with Colissimo or UPS is 2 working days for France; 5 working days for the European Union Countries with Colissimo and 2 working days with UPS.

For the other international zones, the average time of the delivery is around 7-10 working days with Colissimo and 3-5 working days with UPS.

Sometimes, this deadline is longer during the bad weather situation or during the sharp shopping moments. For urgent need, we suggest you to order in advance or contact us to upgrade your shipping option.

Q: How can I track the delivery of my package?

You will find the tracking number and link in the confirmation email we send to you.

If you ship with UPS, you will also receive automatic emails from UPS to inform you on the progress of your shipping. You will also have opportunities to re-organise the date and the location of your delivery directly with UPS tracking emails.

Q: Is my package subject to customs charges?

Local customs may charge taxes on a package shipped from a foreign country.

Import taxes are at the charge of the buyer.

Q: Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 7 days from receipt of the product.
