Curiously timeless
Very sweet mini French Art Nouveau 18K gold pearl pansy flower pendant
It must be the smallest and cutest pansy flower pendant we’ve seen! Its mini size adds lots of sweetness into this piece. A little pearl is in the heart of the flower. What a cute and delicate pendant! The pendant is converted from an early 20th century’s gold stick pin, from the Art Nouveau Era.
The name pansy comes from the French word “penser”, meaning to “to think”. Give pansies as a gesture of friendship and platonic love is wildly used during the Victorian era.
The symbolism of the pendant, as well as its beautiful design makes it a very romantic gift to offer or to receive.
