Very lovely French antique 18K gold enameled musician angel bow pendant
Pamper yourself with this very sweet French antique pendant which speaks the language of love, whatever your style or look.
The pendant features a lovely enameled angle musician flying over the clouds, while playing a flute. A piece of silky pink ribbon floating around his chubby body, adding lots of romantic atmosphere into the design. The enameled panel is attached to a bow knot on top of the pendant and it is movable. Angels, cherubs or cupid jewelry boomed in the Georgian and Victorian eras as a sentimental symbol of love. That’s why not only we love the details and color of the work but also the symbolism behind. It is such a heartwarming piece!
The pendant is dated back to the mid 19th century.
