Rare Art Nouveau era 18k gold diamond pansy flower ring

€0

The term “Art Nouveau” was taken from a Parisian shop called “Maison de l’Art Nouveau”. The period in which the movement flourished was the last decade of the 19th century until the outbreak of the First World War. During the 25 years, Art Nouveau gained enormous influence in France, Belgium, Italy, Spain and America. Nature and naturalism were the driving force behind nearly all the decorative output from that period of Art Nouveau: insect such as a butterfly, a bird, a flower or a leaf…

For sale a beautiful example of the ring from the Art Nouveau era. The ring features 3 lovely pansy flowers in relief. Sparkling rose cut diamond accents were added to the bottom, bringing extra brilliance and an interest contrast of color and texture. The flowers, as well as their leaves are crafted with an extreme attention to details, allowing us to see each petal of the flower, to follow their movement and to enjoy the enchantment they create together.

Pansy flowers are the symbol of love and a romantic way to say “I’m thinking about you”. Their symbolism makes the ring a real sentimental and special piece to its future caretaker!

The ring is resizable at buyer’s cost, please contact us before you pass the order.
