French 1920s 18K diamond star medal pendant « this star brings happiness”
For sale a very beautiful French made 18K yellow gold medal featuring a star with a rose cut diamond in the center. On the pendant it is written “cette étoile porte bonheur” which means “this star brings happiness” in French. The medal is dated back to the early 20th century, circa 1920s.
I have a similar pendant in my personal collection and I love the jewelry which has symbols which bring hope, faith and love. That’s why I’m very excited to be able to find this one to purpose to you.
The medal is rare, beautiful and symbolically meaning, I hope this little star brings you happiness.
The medal is stamped with the French eagle’s head hallmark for 18K gold on the bale. Please refer to the measurements for its real size since we took some zoom in pictures to show details.
