Curiously Timeless Shipping Policy

At Curiously Timeless, we want your jewelry to reach you safely and quickly, wherever you are in the world. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process:

🚚 Shipping Costs

We offer tracked and fully insured DDP shipping for free worldwide via standard UPS shipping. This means you will receive your jewelry with all taxes and duties already paid by us.

For customers in France, we also offer in-person pick-up in Paris. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this service.

At checkout, you can choose to upgrade to UPS Express for faster delivery:

  • +10€ for France and EU countries

  • +25€ for the rest of the world

⏱ Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • If you haven’t heard from us within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us directly.

📦 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping option:

  • France: 2 business days with standard UPS, 1 business day with UPS Express

  • EU countries: 2–3 business days with standard UPS, 2 business days with UPS Express

  • International: 5 business days with standard UPS, 3 business days with UPS Express

Please note: Delivery times may be longer during busy shopping periods or due to weather delays. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be provided in your confirmation email.

UPS shipments include automatic email updates and the option to reschedule your delivery directly through UPS's website or UPS's mobile application.

💰 Duties & Taxes — Important Update

In light of recent tariff changes in the US and worldwide, we are now offering Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping on all international orders starting from September 6, 2025.

✨ This means you will receive your jewelry with all taxes and duties already paid by us — no hidden costs, no surprise fees at delivery.
