Victorian era 18K gold angel skin pink coral drop earrings

€0

For sale a pair of antique 18K gold earrings, featuring the rarest natural angel skin coral in a gentle pink color: their color is neither too deep nor too light as the most ones available in the market; they have the perfect rose color which resembles the color of the cherry flowers. This high quality angel skin coral is becoming so rare to find now that we feel very lucky to be able to find it in the antique jewelry.

The earrings are made of round pink coral cabochons on the top, with tear-drop corals at the bottom. The color and the shape of the earrings are harmoniously matched together without noticeable variance in the tone and saturation of the color, which is really rare to found. The earrings are dated back from the 19th century, the Victorian era.

The delicate pink color, the silky surface of the coral as well as the versatile look make them a perfect gift to offer or to receive. The antique box in the photo is for display only and the earrings will be sent in a brand new jewelry box.

The angel skin coral is among the most valued types of coral in the trade. Valued is a vivid pink color that coral dealers call “pelle d’angelo”—which literally means “angel’s skin” in Italian.
