Georgian era 18K gold diamond Wedgwood style daisy brooch

For sale a very rare antique Georgian era brooch, featuring the iconic Wedgwood styled, delicate ceramic daisy flower. Crafted with exquisite attention to detail, the lovely little flower is created in pastel blue and white colors of the softest shades. The intricate hand-painted details high lights the petals and the center of the flower, made of a rose cut diamond. This type of ceramic is called jasperware and is most often seen in white, light blue, dark blue, lilac, yellow and black. The ceramic panel is set closed back.
