Floral & very rare Victorian 18K gold chain with a T-bar

The trend for antique gold chains is in full swing: the nostalgia for earlier times and the more refined, tasteful elegance of Georgian through to Art Nouveau styles have made intricately designed chains the most desirable in the antique jewelry market. Not surprising, they have the most unusual and beautiful motifs which we don't find any more in the modern pieces while they are so versatile that they can be layered easily with other modern or antique pendants and chains.

In front of us a very refined French original Victorian era floral link 18k gold watch chain. Each floral link is made of a very refined flower in green and yellow gold. The chain is come with its original T-bar (the key of the watch) and a large bolt ring. It is a sophisticated design which we do not see very often: the links are all in perfect condition without any missing or repair. The chain looks very feminine while powerful.

In very good antique condition, this chain will be a sure value which can be kept from generation to generation!
