Beautiful antique 18K yellow gold floral filigree earrings
Gold earrings are an absolute jewellery box staple. Here for sale a magnificent pair of 18K yellow gold earrings, combining ancient filigree goldsmith technique with a fresh touch of bright, warm and buttery golden color. On these textured earrings, the gold is meticulously crafted into fine wires, twisted and then scrolled into delicate filigreed flower motifs. Little gold beads have been soldered on the wires to decorate the flowers.
The top part of the design is linked to the bottom part by a little hoop, making the earrings movable with your body. The earrings are converted from a 19th century brooch. They have the butterfly closing for pierced ears. The earrings are stamped with the French double owl hallmark for 18K gold on each side.

Measurements and Condition
In overall good antique condition; Traces of use and reparation on the top part of the motif on one side + little dents, chips on the little gold spheres on the same side of the earrings. Price of the earrings has been made to reflect these little imperfections.
