For sale a very elegant and refined Victorian 14k solid gold and oxblood red coral pin/brooch.

The top of the pin/brooch is a very rare large size tear-drop natural coral in deep red: its diameter is 7mm and it measures 1.2cm in length. The coral is in very good condition without scratch or dents which can be very often presented in natural coral. Its deep red/orange color is very statured like a drop of blood: we see passion and love inside of this pin. It looks also like a cute red ballon on your outfit. The whole design is simple yet very elegant and extremely refined.

Since the Victorian era, coral jewelry has never lost its popularity: coral was particularly in favor and worn in all possible forms: either carved as beads or naturalistic sprays of leaves and flowers, or left simply in its natural form.
