For sale a very lovely antique brooch, featuring two miniature portraits side by side. The two portraits are framed with natural seed pearls and attached to each other by a ribbon like silver decoration, on which a diamond in rose-cut style is presented. The diamond has an estimated weight of approximately 0.3 carats. We believe that this rare design of two portraits represents two siblings/sisters and the jewelry must be made to honor their love and connection. The brooch is mounted in silver and it is dated back to the 19th century, the Victorian era.
The brooch can also be worn on a ribbon as a necklace.
